Ty Canol is a home for three young people, situated in the local community close to shops, sports grounds, green spaces and other amenities.
At Ty Canol, we aim to create safety and security for each resident. Our home provides a nurturing home environment, whilst respecting each young person’s existing family network. We promote positive relationships to allow them to feel a sense of belonging and security. Each of our young people are assigned a keyworker who is responsible for monitoring their physical and emotional well-being.
The young people are included in all aspects of decision making to help build their confidence and develop skills. They have their own rooms, which they are encouraged to personalise and make their own.
